Thanks for your feedback. Allow me to use English here, because it is much easier to type in English than in POJ, especially when the special characters table that appears at the bottom of the edit page seems to have disappeared from my browser window when I am at zh-min-nan.wikipedia.org, even though it continues to be available in other Wikipedia namespaces. (I don't know if it's just my problem, or it happens with other users too, but it makes the input of POJ very hard for me.)
Anyway, I am a native Taiwanese speaker who spoke the language all my life. I made a number of changes on several entries, thinking that this being a POJ encyclopedia, the entries should be in Minnan as much as possible, rather than in a foreign language. I noticed that most geographical entries are still in English, so I made the changes based on the geographical names that I knew of and was familiar with; but none of them were my inventions, nor are they recent creations. My intention was just to improve this fine piece of collective work and I hope I haven't offended anyone by [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Be_bold being bold], knowing that all changes here are reversible if they prove to be mistaken. I will try to find the references you have asked; it may take some time.
