== Dispute over script for 'nan' localisation of MediaWiki ==
Hi Chùn-hiàn.
I am writing to you to ask your assistance in resolving an issue on translatewiki.net, the wiki where the translations of the Wikipedia software are being made.
A few months ago, someone[1] started translating MediaWiki into "nan", and instead of using the Latin script, he started to work in Hani. Unfortunately, this remained undetected for a long time. I have now removed all of his work, which is a shame, but having "nan" in mixed script, would be more confusing to potential users.
I do not know your language, but it seems that it may currently be written in both Latin as well as Hani. I could imagine that we create a localisation 'nan-hani' and 'nan-latn', but then there is the issue of content.
I have to be honest, and say that content creation is an issue that should be addressed by your Wikipedia community. Can you please make your community aware of this issue, and ask them to weigh in?
