Choice of title siu-kái

You should be aware that only about 20–25% of the population of Wales are speakers of the Welsh language (figures from the article Welsh language in the English Wikipedia), so only a minority would instinctively refer to it as "Cymru". It's not a case of everyone in Wales calling it "Cymru", and "Wales" being an imposition of foreigners. While the English language certainly was forced on the Welsh population historically, at present a large majority speak English monolingually. While they will be aware of the Welsh name "Cymru", most Welsh people will almost invariably call their country "Wales". 06:11, 28 Cha̍p-jī-goe̍h 2006 (UTC)
