Română: Descrierea stemei:

Scut scartelat; în cartierul din stînga sus, în cîmp albastru, o cetate de piatră crenelată cu trei turnuri, în argintiu, așezată pe un deal auriu; în cartierul din dreapta sus, în cîmp roșu, profilul unei fabrici cu două coșuri fumegînd, totul în argintiu; în cartierul din stînga jos, în cîmp roșu, un cap de bovină argintiu, cu coarnele aurii; în bază, cartierul este tăiat de două fascii ondulate aurii; în cartierul din dreapta jos, în cîmp albastru, un braț în argintiu, care ține în mînă un ciorchine de strugure, cu frunză, precum și două frunze de stejar, orientate spre partea superioară a cartierului, avînd la mijloc o ghindă, totul în auriu.

În partea centrală a stemei este așezat un scut mai mic avînd stema Republicii Socialiste România, pe un fond format în partea stîngă de steagul partidului, iar în dreapta de steagul țării.

Denumirea județului este înscrisă cu litere de aur pe o eșarfă roșie, în afara scutului și anume la baza acestuia.
