VERA pī-tōng kàm-tshik ESM hē-thóng[1](VERA passive surveillance ESM system; czech-gú kiò-tsò Věra; VERA bô-guân kun-tsong hē-thóng) sī tsi̍t-tsióng "tiān-tsú tsi-uān tshòo-si" (ESM) hē-thóng, VERA sú-iōng 3-ê hi̍k-tsiá 4-ê tē-tiám ê me̍h-tshiong "kàu-tè sî-kan tsha" (time difference of arrival (TDOA)) tsi tshik-liông lâi tsún-khak kiám-tshik hām tui-tsong ki-tsài huat-siā-khì.
