Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.6, stema comunei Tărlungeni se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite. În partea superioară, câmpul este tăiat de o fascie dublu zimţată de argint. În partea inferioară se află un brâu undat de argint, surmontat de litera "T" dublată, de aur. În vârful scutului se află bule de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Fascia dublu zimţată reprezintă Munţii Ciucaş, iar fascia undată simbolizează râul Tărlung, care dă denumirea localităţii. Bulele de argint fac referire la apa minerală Zizin, îmbuteliată în localitate. Litera "T" dublată aminteşte de figura vechiului sigiliu. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
