Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Lemnia, potrivit anexei nr. 1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat. În câmp albastru, în vârful scutului, se află o roată de moară de aur. În partea superioară, în câmp argintiu, pe un munte verde cu 3 piscuri, se află o acvilă cu aripile întinse, de culoare neagră, având ciocul şi picioarele aurii.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Acvila semnifică potenţialul cinegetic al zonei. Roata de moară aminteşte de mulţimea morilor de apă de odinioară, de pe pârâul Lemniei. Muntele reprezintă faptul că localitatea se află într-o zonă montană.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
