Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Scut tăiat în partea superioară; cîmpul inferior despărțit prin linii în formă de Y răsturnat; în cartierul superior, în cîmp albastru, stînci argintii avînd la bază o fascie ondulată argintie, central suprapunîndu-se o turbină cu cupe, aurie; în partea de sus a cîmpului inferior, pe roșu, o fascie argintie avînd deasupra patru turnuri crenelate, iar dedesupt două, toate în auriu, în cartierul din stînga, în cîmp albastru, un pom argintiu cu fructe roșii; în cartierul din dreapta, în cîmp albastru, un ciorchine de strugure auriu cu o frunză verde și cîrcei; în cartierul inferior, în cîmp roșu, o cupă din care iese un jet bifurcat, de apă minerală, totul în auriu.

În partea centrală a stemei este așezat un scut mai mic avînd stema Republicii Socialiste România, pe un fond format în partea stîngă de steagul partidului, iar în dreapta de steagul țării.

Denumirea județului este înscrisă cu litere de aur pe o eșarfă roșie, în afara scutului și anume la baza acestuia.
