Čeština: Znak obce Horní Suchá (Sucha Górna), okres Karviná. List tvoří bílé žerďové čtvrtkruhové pole sahající do dvou třetin horního okraje. Z poslední třetiny horního okraje vychází zelené pole vymezené čtvrtinou elipsy se středem v horním rohu a končící v dolním rohu listu. Zbytek listu je černý. Do bílého pole vyrůstá kosmo borovice se zelenou korunou a černým kmenem.
