Popis vlajky
„Žlutý list s modrým zvlněným pruhem na vlajícím okraji listu, širokým jednu čtvrtinu délky listu o třech vrcholech a dvou prohlubních. Ve žlutém poli černý kráčející medvěd pod třemi, do oblouku položenými červenými pětilistými květy s bílými semeníky. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.“[1]

Flaggenbeschreibung
„Das gelbe Flaggentuch hat am fliegenden Ende einen blauen Wellenstreifen, ein Viertel der Flaggenlänge breit, mit drei Erhebungen und zwei Vertiefungen. Im gelben Feld ein schwarzer schreitender Bär unter drei bogenförmig angeordneten roten fünfblättrigen Blüten mit weißen Kelchblättern. Das Verhältnis von Breite zu Länge des Blattes beträgt 2:3.“

Die Blasonierung des Stadtwappens, von dem diese Flagge abgeleitet ist, lautet:

„In einem goldenen Schild über blauem Wellenschildfuß ein schreitender schwarzer Bär, begleitet oben von drei in einem Bogen angeordneten fünfblättrigen roten Blumen mit silbernen Samen.“
