O͘-lián (hî-chiuⁿ chè-phín)

O͘-lián ia̍h ten-pú-lah, tī Tâi-oân-ōe tiāⁿ sī kóng chi̍t khoán hî-chiuⁿ si̍t-phín, ia̍h pau-koat Ji̍t-pún-ōe kóng ê agekamaboko (揚げかまぼこ) ia̍h sī Satumaage (薩摩揚), thâu-hāng pún-sin tī Ji̍t-pún chi̍t kóa tē-hng mā hông kiò tenpura ("ten-pú-lah").

O͘-lián

O͘-lián ê gí-goân sī Ji̍t-gí ê oden, tī Tang-kiaⁿ ê khiuⁿ-kháu sī kui cho͘ oden liāu-lí ê ì-sù. Hân-kok-ōe mā ū kâng gí-goân ê odeng (오뎅), oa-ná ū piáu-sī in chāi-tē hî-chiuⁿ si̍t-phín ê ì-sù.[1]
