Tiān-chiⁿ-thé (Eng-gí: transistor) sī chi̍t-chióng kò͘-thé poàn-tō-thé goân-kiāⁿ, ē-sái hòng-toā, khai-koan, ún-tēng tiān-ap, tiau-pian sìn-hō͘, í-kip chi̍t-koá kî-tha kong-lêng. Tiān-chiⁿ-thé ū saⁿ-ê toan-tiám, ē-sái lī-iōng tiān-ap khòng-chè lâu--chhut-khì ê tiān-liû.
