Burqin-koān (Uyghur-gí: بۇرچىن ناھىيىسى, Hàn-gí: 布爾津縣) sī Tiong-kok Sin-kiong Uyghur Chū-tī-khu Altay Tē-khu ê chi̍t ê koān.
