Balqa Séng (A-la-pek-gí: محافظة البلقاء) sī Iok-tàn Ông-kok Tiong-pō͘ ê chi̍t ê séng.[1] Siú-hú tī Salt. Chóng bīn-chek 1120 pêng-hong kong-lí.[2] Tī 2002 nî ê sî-chūn, chóng jîn-kháu 428,000 lâng, to͘-hōe-khu 307,400 lâng, chng-kha só͘-chāi 120,600, jîn-kháu bi̍t-tō͘ 382.[3]
