Iû-chhang-ké/iû-chhang-kóe(油蔥粿) sī chi̍t-chióng Bân-lâm, Tâi-oân kah lâm-iûⁿ Hô-ló Bîn-cho̍k siā-khu ê chia̍h-mi̍h. Chiong Ji̍t-pún-bí (Ji̍t-gí: 粳米(うるちまい)) bôa chòe bí-chiuⁿ, tsiah-koh kā chhiah-bah, píⁿ-hî, pak-chhang téng cheng chòe nî, jiân-āu chiong nn̄g-ê chham tàu-tīn, lā hō͘ chiâu-ûn, hìⁿ leh óaⁿ lāi-tóe. Sòa--lo̍h-lâi ùi óaⁿ lāi hē hê-jîn, hiuⁿ-ko͘ a̍h-sī iû-chhang, jiân-āu chiong óaⁿ hē leh tiáⁿ a̍h-sī lâng-sn̂g lāi-tóe chhe hō͘ se̍k. Chòe-āu chham sa-te chiùⁿ, loa̍h-chiùⁿ, soàn-jiông, tāu-iû, sng chhài-thâu a̍h-sī iân-sui, sè tām-po̍h-á kam-á chiap, chiū ē-ēng chia̍h--ah. [1]
