Khai-chai-cheh (開齋節), A-lá-pek-gíEid al-Fitr (عيد الفطر‎, IPA: [ʕiːd al fitˤr]), ì-sù kóng "kìm-chia̍h kiat-sok ê khèng-chiok", sī I-su-lân sè-kài ê cheh-ji̍t, sī-kan tī tong-nî sèng-goe̍h, ia̍h chiū sī Ramadan kiat-sok liáu-āu. Tī chit ji̍t, I-su-lân kàu-tô͘ (bo̍k-su-lîm) bô sū-iàu koh siūⁿ sèng-goe̍h kî-kan tī àm-thiⁿ chìn-chêng kìm-chia̍h.

Thong sè-kài ê bo̍k-su-lîm tī kâng chit ji̍t kòe cheh, chóng-sī chiàu tōng-tē sî-kan ē ū chah-pia̍t.
