Ap-le̍k (壓力; pressure) sī chi̍t ê chok-iōng-le̍k hām i-ê chok-iōng bīn-chek ê pí-ta̍t, iā chiū sī tan-ūi bīn-chek tī sûi-ti̍t hong-hiòng siōng só͘ siū-tio̍h ê le̍k-liōng tōa-sè. Ap-le̍k ê kok-chè tan-ūi sī Pascal (tan-ūi pêng-hong kong-chhioh téng siū-tio̍h gōa-chē Newton). Ap-le̍k tī bu̍t-lí-ha̍k ê kè-sǹg tiong, it-poaⁿ lóng iōng jī-bó P lâi piáu-ta̍t.
