I sī Peranakan ka-têng chhut-sin--ê, hèng-chhù Jawa ê bûn-hòa. I sī Ìn-nî Bûn-ha̍k Tāi-ha̍k (Fakultas Sastra Universitas Indonesia) chut-gia̍p--ê. Āu-lâi koh kòe Yale Tāi-ha̍k tha̍k phok-sū (PhD).
