Dextran (tsiàñ-se̍h thn̂g-kuañ; hàn-gí: 右旋糖酐) sī tsi̍t-tsióng "ho̍k-ha̍p koh tsi-lēn" (complex branched) ê phû-tsū-thn̂g (glucan, sī uì tsiâñ-tsē ê phû-tô-thn̂g hun-tsú kòo-sîng ê to-thn̂g). Kòo-sîng i-ê lēn tn̂g-tōo bô kâng (uì 3 kah 2000-dalton put-tíng), sī gê-khún-pan ê tsú-iàu sîng-hūn. Teh io̍h-iōng hong-bīn, i hōo iōng tsoh khòng huih-sng io̍h (thrombosis, khòng huih-sió-pán (platelet)) án-ne lai kàng-kē huih-i̍k ê liâm-tō͘, lî-tshiáñ teh pîn-hiat hong-bīn ē-sái iōng-tē khok-tsing huih ê iông-liōng.[1]
