Kah bōo-i̍k iú-kuan ê tì-huī tsâi-sán-kuân hia̍p-tīng (ing-gú: The Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS); TRIPS hia̍p-gī) sī sè-kài bōo-i̍k tsoo-tsit (WTO) sóo-iú sîng-guân-kok tsi-kan ê kok-tsè huat-lu̍t hia̍p-gī. TRIPS uī koh-kok tsìng-hú sik-iōng teh kî-thann WTO sîng-guân kok kok-bîn ê bô kâng hîng-sik ê tì-tsâi sán-kuân (IP) ê kàm-kuán tsè-tīng siōng-kē ê piau-tsún.[4] TRIPS hia̍p-gī sī tī 1989 -nî tsì 1990-nî kuan-suè ki̍p bōo-i̍k hia̍p-tīng (GATT) Uruguay huê-ha̍p kiat-sok ê sî-tsūn tâm-phuànn ta̍t-sîng ê[5], iû WTO kuán-lí.
