Bî-tá-mín C (vitamin C), koh kiò-chò ascorbic acid, ē-tit pang-chàn jîn-thé sán-seng ka-goân-nn̄g-pe̍h, chhiok-chìn thih-chit khip-siu, ka-sok khang-chhùi siu-sok; î-chhî bî-hoeh-kńg kńg-piah ê oân-chéng, thê-seng khí-hōaⁿ kap chhùi-khí ê kiān-khong, pó-hō· sè-pau khah-bián siū-tio̍h chū-iû-ki ê kong-kek, sī khòng-iáng-hòa-chē (antioxidant). Bî-tá-mín C nā khiàm-khoat ē ín-khí scurvy, tì-sú khí-hōaⁿ hoat-iām, ta-mo·h, chhut-hoeh, koh ē-ū ki-bah kut-keh thàng-thiàⁿ, gâu o·-chhiⁿ gêng-hoeh, phôe-hā pan-tiám chhut-hoeh, khiàm-hoeh kap khang-chhùi phái-kòe-phôe téng-téng chèng-thâu.
