Wasabi (Ji̍t-gí: 山葵; ha̍k-miâ: Wasabia japonica, téng-î Cochlearia wasabi, Eutrema japonica) hām ko-lê-chhài, hoe-chhài téng-téng ê chhài-se kāng ka-cho̍k, lóng sio̍k tī Brassicaceae chit ê kho. Wasabi ê kin ū chò phang-liāu, tiâu-bī-liāu ê lō͘-iōng. I ê khì-bī put-chí-á tāng, gâu chhì-kek phīⁿ-khang lāi ê cho͘-chit. Tī Ji̍t-pún seⁿ-sêng seⁿ toà soaⁿ--ni̍h ê khe-á piⁿ. Chhin-chiâⁿ pau-hâm W. koreana, W. tetsuigi téng-téng ê chéng. Siāng chú-iàu ê chai-poê-chéng ū W. japonica var. Duruma kap Mazuma.
