Khí-iū-chit khì-koan sī iû gōa-kháu ê khí-iū-chit siōng-phôe (outer enamel epithelium), lāi-té ê khí-iū-chit siōng-phôe (inner enamel epithelium), stellate reticulum, kap stratum intermedium lâi cho͘-sêng. [5] Chit-kóa sè-pau sī ameloblast ê khí-goân. Ameloblast chè-chō khí-iū-chit kap reduced enamel epithelium.
