William Campbell (1874 nî 4 goe̍h – 1921 nî 9 goe̍h 9 ji̍t), Ho̍h-ló miâ Kam Ûi-lîm (Hàn-jī: 甘為霖), sī chi̍t ūi tī Liân-ha̍p Ông-kok Scotland Glasgow chhut-sì ê Tióng-ló Kàu-hōe ê bo̍k-su kiam thoân-kàu-sū. 19 sè-kí bóe-kî, Kam Ûi-lîm lâi káu Tâi-oân lâm-pō͘ thoân-kàu. 1891 nî 10 goe̍h, Kam Ûi-lîm tī Tâi-lâm chhòng-li̍p choân Tâi-oân tē-it keng chheⁿ-mê ha̍k-hāu Hùn-kó͘-tn̂g (訓瞽堂); chiâⁿ-chòe Tâi-oân chheⁿ-mê ha̍k-hāu ê sian-hêng-chiá. Kam Ûi-lîm tī Tâi-oân ê sî-kan sī 1871 nî káu 1917 nî, chêng-āu lóng-chóng 46 tang.
