Hô-ló bîn-cho̍k (Hàn-jī: 河老民族[5]) sī Tiong-kok lâm-hong ê chi̍t-ê bîn-cho̍k, kán-chheng Hô-ló. Hô-ló chú-iàu hun-pò͘ tī Tiong-kok ê Hok-kiàn-séng, Kńg-tang-séng, Hiong-káng iáu-ū hái-gōa ê Tâi-oân, Sin-ka-pho kah Má-lâi-se-a téng-téng kok-ka. Hô-ló sī kin-á-ji̍t Tâi-oân sīong-tōa-ê cho̍k-kûn, chū-chheng Tâi-oân-lâng.

siu-káiHô-ló (河老) nn̄g-jī mā tiāⁿ-tiāⁿ hō lâng siá-chòe Hok-ló (福佬) ia̍h-sī Ho̍h-ló (鶴佬), put-kò āu-bīn nn̄g chióng siá-hoat kah chèng-khak-ê Bân-lâm-gí hoat-im pēng-bô phòe-ha̍p. Tī Tiong-bûn ê siá-hoat tang-tiong, khak tiāⁿ sú-iōng Bân-lâm-jîn (閩南人) kah Bân-lâm bîn-hē (閩南民系) ê iōng-hoat.

Tī Tiong-kok Chìn-tiâu Ngó͘-ô loān-hoâ ê sî-chūn, koh ín-khí-tio̍h chi̍t-pái pak-hong Hàn-cho̍k tōa-kui-bô͘ poaⁿ-sóa lâm-hong ê sū-kiāⁿ, Choân-chiu sī hit-tong-sî sīong-chē lâng poaⁿ-sóa ê bo̍k-tek só͘-chāi. In-chhú, Choân-chiu-káng tī Tông-tiâu sî-tāi sī sè-kài tē-it tōa ê káng-kháu. Choân-chiu chiu-ûi-ê Chiang-chiu mā tī Tân Goân-kong (陳元光) toà-niá î-bîn lâi Hok-kiàn liáu-āu, khai-sí ū khai-hoat. Chit-chūn, Hô-ló bîn-cho̍k í-keng ū chho͘-pō͘-ê bô͘-iūⁿ.
